The Program Director is supported by Program Coordinators, and together they assess the needs of each client, develop the curriculum to be used , select the instructor and monitor the progress of the course, the teacher and the students.
We carefully select our teachers, employing only the finest professionals in the field. The teachers who work for us are academically qualified, skilled and experienced in their specialized field s of teaching, and in addition they receive ongoing training in TALK's teaching methodology.
Furthermore, our Program Coordinators conduct classroom observations for quality control and provide teachers with input on how they can improve their teaching skills.
