The Program Director is supported by Program Coordinators who serve as a liaison between TALK International and your company’s HR staff thereby providing you with unparalleled customer support and a constant and open line of communication.  We understand that our students’ progress is our main concern and we want your company to be kept abreast of your employees’ progress. The Program Coordinators will assess the needs of each client, develop the curriculum to be used, select the instructor, supervise teachers, perform classroom observations, track progress, and send bi-weekly reports to the Human Resources Director or designated client contact upon request. Furthermore, our Program Coordinators conduct classroom observations for quality control and provide teachers with input on how they can improve their teaching skills.

We carefully select our teachers, employing only the finest professionals in the field. The teachers who work for us are academically qualified, skilled and experienced in their specialized fields of teaching, and in addition they receive ongoing training in TALK's teaching methodology.
